What kind of services do you provide?

We want you to reach your goals and will customize your plan based on your needs. Whether that is nutrition therapy, personal training, grocery tours, cooking classes, or even the 12 step program for eating disorders- we can do this with you!

What is an initial appointment like?

Coming in for a first appointment can be scary! That is why we try to make you as comfortable as possible. We ask that intake paperwork be filled out before our first appointment to both save appointment time from paperwork and to help us to be prepared before meeting. We will go over your medical history and lifestyle and any concerns that you have. We spend time discussing your goals for working with us. From there create a customized nutrition plan with you.

Do you have evening or weekend appointments?

Yes, if you do not see an available slot that works for you, please email, and we can make something available for you.

What do you specialize in?

See http://kzq.f07.myftpupload.com/services/ for services. We specialize in Nutrition Therapy to help our clients be the best version of themselves. Both Marysa and Claudia are masters-level trained dietitians with extensive clinical nutrition and psychological training.

Can I make an appointment with a friend or family member?

Yes, we love it when spouses or friends come in together for an appointment! We find that accountability or support partners can be beneficial and the price is the same.

What is your nutrition philosophy?

Our nutrition philosophy is that change should be reasonable for the long-run. We believe that balance is important and that we should not make any nutrition or health changes that can't be maintained long term. We believe in an evidence-based, health at every size approach and use a mixture of nutrition, behavior change, exercise, and holistic approaches to help our clients get the results that they want to achieve.

Do you accept insurance?
