All Of Nutrition Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our dietitians and those on our waiting list, All Of Nutrition requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment. We understand that life happens and things come up. Please call or text us as soon as possible if any changes are needed. You can do this through the Healthie app or by contacting us directly via phone or text.
Missed sessions or changes to appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee. Clients who do not cancel or reschedule within the allotted grace period will be charged a no-show/cancellation fee of $50 for 30-minute sessions and $100 for 60-minute sessions. This fee will be charged directly to the client’s credit card on file and is not reimbursable by insurance.
To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file. Your appointment time is reserved for you; however, it is not fully booked in our system until a valid credit card is on file. You will not be charged until the time of your appointment.
